Solutions to Common problems
Q: Equipment failure category.
The equipment suddenly shut down.
First, check if the power supply is normal, including the main switch and the dedicated switch for the equipment, and investigate whether there is a trip or poor contact.
Check the alarm indicator light of the equipment. If there is a code, refer to the manual to query the cause of the fault, such as overload, sensor abnormality, etc.
If the transmission components are involved, check whether the belts and chains are broken or stuck, and whether the couplings are loose.
Q: The equipment makes a lot of noise during operation.
Check the mechanical components, such as whether the bearings are worn or short of oil. You can assist in judgment by listening to the location of the abnormal noise and measuring the temperature with a thermometer gun (worn bearings are prone to temperature rise).
Check the installation foundation to see if the bolts have become loose due to long-term vibration. Unstable fixation of the equipment to the ground/support will increase the noise.
Q: Electrical safety hazards.
During daily inspections, pay attention to whether the wires are damaged and whether the joints are loose or overheated. Any problems found should be dealt with promptly to prevent short circuits and leakage.
Regularly inspect the grounding system to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the standards. During the thunderstorm season, strengthen lightning protection checks to prevent electrical accidents.
When employees are operating, they are strictly prohibited from touching electrical controls with wet hands. When cleaning or maintaining the equipment, power must be cut off and a "Do Not Close the Switch" sign hung.
